When I got into recovery, I didn’t know how big of an impact it would really make in my life. I was nervous and hesitant and hoping that maybe I’d connect with even one person. Then came along Estee. I so enjoy going to The comfort Zone events. Having a space of frum women who feel similar to me, where I can show up 100% myself, be vulnerable, and be recieved with love and support is so healing. I finally feel like I have a sense of community. The support zone chat helps me feel connected to other women in similar situations to me and gives me daily bits of support to keep me going. I'm so grateful for The Comfort Zone!

The comfort zone saved my life. Living with an addictive spouse made me live a very lonely life. Since joining the meetings and chats, I have slowly learned to be a friend again. I thought I was the only one going through this struggle, but I have learned that despite no ones experiences being the same, we have so much in common....
